Camera Misreporting as a Solar Stick Up

Question

We have 3 Stick Up Cameras.  They all have batteries in them but are hard-wired to power.  One of them just recently (maybe about a month ago) started to show that the hardwired power was offline.  However, when going into the device, the battery shows 100% and has never lost power (even after a month it's still at 100%).  It is also reporting as a solar cam, with the solar connected, and it has never been a solar cam (and has not panel).  Anyone else seeing this, or have any thoughts?

Hi @ChrisAndShaun. If your Camera is offline or if it's online but still says it's on solar rather than wired, factory reset it by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds and then reconnecting it to your wifi. Also, double check that you have its [Power Mode](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045463592-Changing-power-modes-on-your-Ring-Stick-Up-Cam-3rd-generation-) set to Wired Mode.
