Floodlight motion terrible after trying  Birds Eye view.  I shut it off and even did a reset. I am missing tons of events   My app says “Currently, your camera is watching your Bird's Eye Zones for motion.”  How is that possible when I did a reset with ring support….which meant I had to delete device from my account, add it to my account, and then set up my settings all over again - I intentionally skipped setting up Birds Eye view.   

Help.  It worked flawlessly and now  I’m missing everything.
