Battery Compartment Door open Fault

I purchased a “Ring Spotlight Camera” yesterday 23/4/22 ( Battery Version ) It showing in “Device Health” that the Battery door is open when it’s firmly closed and a warning saying the device may not function correctly. The door is closed & Click Locked as it should. Can this be resolved ?. Or is it faulty. Because I’m in good time for a replacement or refund.
