Hi all all my ring cameras go off line at once occasionally I have 7 on the system when I reboot the router they connect again
we have recently changed to community fiber as our internet provider
any advise would be appreciated

Hi sorry for the late delay no the router stays on and the WF doesn’t disconnect the alarm hub works as normal and doesn’t disconnect
we changed our provider to community fiber it didn’t do it when we had sky
it only happens occasionally it’s a real pain if we are out the alarm operates as normal but the camera go down as soon as I reboot the WF all the camera connect again

Hi @user_fb6aab. Since this started happening once you switched internet providers, this is likely linked to your network. Make sure you are connected to a dedicated 2.4GHz network and that you don't have any security settings that would prohibit your devices from rejoining your network. You may need to work with your provider on adjusting these settings.

Hi @user_fb6aab. What is the reported signal strength for each Ring camera? You can find this on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Is your router set to automatically reboot or restart? This could be causing the temporary wifi disconnection.
