24/7 recording

I understand that this feature was supposed to be released (for an additional fee) in spring 2019 for all wired devices. This was well documented in the press and was in Ring's roadmap for the year. It was one of the key reasons I purchased the floodlight cam. I am looking to purchase another floodlight cam for my garden, but if 24/7 recording is not available soon, then I will have to go for Nest instead Could someone from the Ring team please confirm that this feature is still in development (and will therefore come soon)? Or could you confirm that it has been cancelled? Either way, we deserve a response!
