Upgrading my 12 month plan
Hi, I renewed my 12 month Ring Solo plan in April.
i have now purchased 3 more cameras and would like to upgrade to the ring multi. Is there a way I can upgrade my £50 a year Solo plan or will I need to renew again at a further £70 a year for Ring multi even though I’m currently half way through a plan.

Hi @user_ab7e29. When you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the full amount for the new plan. You will then receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your previous plan.
