Hi quick question, I want to upgrade from basic to standard. I paid upfront for basic and have 6 months left. Do I just lose that (6 months paid) when i upgrade?. The only upgrade options are monthly or pay for 12 months, there's no "pay the difference" type upgrade.

    Hi @user_0c1bc6. When upgrading, you will receive a refund for the unused time of your previous plan.

    Hi. Just wondered what happened with your subscription query as I am looking to do the same thing with upgrading ours and we have 5 months left on our year subscription
