Subscriptions
I purchased a ring doorbell in Feb. Subscribed to the 7.99 a month plan. I have added a back door camera. I had email today saying that I've been un subscribed. I have tried to re subscribe but I put in 7.99 option put in my card details then it comes up 0.00 a month so therefore I won't be subscribed. Can someone help.please

Hi @user_a2c0aa. The Ring Home Standard plan covers all devices at one location. If you set up the Doorbell and the Camera at the same location, they will both be covered by the Standard plan. When you set up a new device, you may receive a free trial for a limited time.
