Subscription fees still being taken even though plan has been cancelled?!
In September I finally switched away from Ring to a different camera system. I uninstalled my cameras and cancelled my subscription. My subscription shows as cancelled in my account and says 'no plan'.
So why have I now spotted that I'm still being charged each month?!
Please refund as soon as possible. Thanks.
