I have just upgraded to the latest Ring doorbell gen 3 on May 2nd 2026.  I now have to cancel the sub for my old ring device which I paid my yearly subscription fee for in Feb 2026, will I get a pro-rata refund for the remaining 8 months already paid for?

To answer my own question, I am happy to say that I received an email shortly after cancelling the plan to say I would get a refund within 3-5 days... Well done ring for doing the right thing with no fuss..... On another note, I am loving the new wired pro 3rd gen, it is a vast improvement over the other device.
