I have a ring elite doorbell that is defective.  A replacement was authorized and I received a box labeled ring elite doorbell, but inside was a ring pro.  I called back and sent pics and another replacement was sent.  This was also a doorbell pro.  I called back again and again was sent another ring doorbell pro.  

I have 3 doorbell pros on my counter now, and still haven't received the elite doorbell.  What do I do?
