Ring cancelled my subscription

Hi I put my subscription up to the new higher plan for £15.99 and this evening I got an email to say that my subscription has  been cancelled.  all my previous videos have disappeared. My bank has not changed The only thing that changed was that I went for the higher plan I have re-entered my bank details which have not changed and still my old videos are not there is there any way of getting these back? The last debit was on the 30th of October so technically the next month isn’t that due out until the end of this month so I can’t understand why they have done it? Does it have anything to do with the fact that I’ve changed it to the higher plan ?
