Hello,If I change my Ring subscription from "Basic" to "Standard", will I be able to see recordings from 180 days ago or will I only have access to the recordings from now going forward?

Hi @user_77b49c. Subscribing to a Ring Home plan does not apply its features retroactively. However, the Basic plan offers access to video recording on one Ring Doorbell or Camera, with a video storage time up to 180 days. The default video storage time is 60 days, so I'd recommend adjusting this setting if you want videos stored for 180 days. Any videos you wish to keep past 180 days should be downloaded to your phone or computer.
