retrieving history beyond 30 days
troubleshooting
I have a Protect Basic Plan, which indicates extended history storage for up to XXXX days in the cloud, but my history only shows up to 30 days. Can i retrieve history beyond 30 days from the cloud?

Hi @user_db7564. You may have your video storage time set to 30 days, meaning videos will automatically be deleted after 30 days from the date they were recorded. You can adjust this setting up to 180 days. We also recommend downloading any videos you need to keep to your computer or phone. Please keep in mind that the Ring Protect plan does not retroactively apply to events that occurred before you subscribed.
