Hey, everytime I try to renew my subscription on the website when pressing plan, it takes me back to the dashboard of the online ring interface. I've tried redoing this across different devices and search engines but there is not luck with any of these options. I tried using the customer support chat but that wont help me diagnose and resolve the problem either. I am in the UK and the phone chat with an agent is closed as it is currently 10:06pm, Can anyone help me resolve the issue with the camera. Many thanks in advance.
