Even if it worked to turn off my VPN, It makes no sense to me that Ring (a security type of company) would insist that the VPN (a security type of mechanism) has to be turned OF TO GET OUR MONTHLY BILLING! INSANE!

Hi @user_319f85. The Ring app is not compatible with the use of a VPN. If you try to use the Ring app with an active VPN, you may experience technical issues. We have more information about this here. If you're trying to set up a Ring subscription, or view your billing history, this can be done on Ring.com from a desktop or laptop computer.
