I have a ring multi device plan. all other cameras let me see activities by going to the camera and scrolling using my iphone. i.e. they all record activities. However my outdoor camer doesnt do this, any idea what i need to look for?

Hi @Cliffy38. Is this Outdoor Cam installed at the subscribed location? Subscriptions do not cover multiple locations. Additionally, check if motion detection is enabled, and verify you have Motion Zones configured.
