Missing footage
troubleshooting
My neighbour’s car was stolen during the night. My Ring footage shows the car was there at 3.01am and then it jumps to 4.01am with the car vanishing in between. I’m surprised the moment of stealing it was not captured - is there any way to access footage from the missing hour?

Hi @user_bb8b8f. If there is nothing recorded, no footage for this time period exists. Any footage captured is recorded and will remain there until deleted. It sounds like this event was unfortunately not recorded. If you'd like help with adjusting your motion settings, let me know how your device is currently configured and I can make some recommendations.
