Due to ongoing technical issues, all of my video recordings from the past year have been permanently erased. As a result, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and no longer see value in continuing my subscription.I am formally requesting the immediate cancellation of my account and a full refund.Please confirm receipt of this request and advise on next steps.

    Hi @user_710af2. Videos can be stored in the Ring app for a maximum of 180 days, with an active Ring subscription. We always recommend downloading any videos you wish to keep longer than that to your phone or computer. If your subscription remains active, any events moving forward will be recorded, and you can download them to your phone or computer. 

     

    If you would prefer to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time by logging in at Ring.com and following these steps: https://ring.com/support/articles/0p7eu/Cancel-Ring-Subscription-Plan. You can resubscribe at any time. However, deleting your Ring account is permanent, and you must remove all devices from your account first: https://ring.com/support/articles/55xpp/deleting-a-Ring-account.
