I was charged for an annual plan renewal but no plan was in charge after that

My original plan was gone and I was automatically migrated to the new "AI Pro Plan" by ring. Then my credit card was automatically charged on March 16. However, after this charge happened, I was not in any plan at all. 

Then I called the support immediately two weeks ago. The customer representative realized this mistake after he spent a lot of time on talking to the back office . But he could not fix the issue and he said he would call me back or email me after this issue was resolved. But it did not happen. The issue is still there and no followup from Ring.

I had to call the support again today. Unfortunately the same thing happened. The customer representative understood the issue but he had to call the back office again and again. I was put on hold for so long. At the end, I was told that the previous charge would be refunded and I needed to subscribe to a plan by switching me to another team. With so much skeptical things happening, I refused to be transferred to another team for a new subscription and requested a refund to happen before I subscribe to a new plan. 

I still did not know what was going on, but apparently I was quite frustrated about how this could happen and there was no easy fix on such a mistake.
