I have a camera in my house to check on my dog. Ring keeps turning it on, repeatedly, even though I shut it off.

I'm about ready to delete this entire app. It is so irritating!!!! Why do they think Ithey should be able to supercede what I want on an app that I pay for. Do you feel aneed to spy inside my house?

Hi @user_aa0f08. Can you clarify what you mean when you say you are turning the camera off, and it's turning back on? If you have motion detection turned on, and an active Ring subscription, your camera will record when it detects motion. You are free to turn motion detection off if you only want to use Live View.
