I have been paying for subscription of ring since 2022. We sold house in Flagler beach FL end of August 2023. Bought new ring doorbell for Waycross GA location. I have ring multi but when I have gone to view history it says account inactive with a subscribe button.we also have a cam on our garage overlooking driveway which states same thing when trying to view history.I have paid approximately 3000.00 since September 2023. My husband called and previous rep hung up on him, and Current rep keeps looking into account and information provided with no resolution. He helped me to remove old doorbell and I had him cancel account and got a PUNY refund of 9.66 even though I had 9.99 taken today from my account.

If there is NO fair resolution or a considerable refund I will be contacting Amazon and also letting all my contacts know of this fiasco and will have to purchase security systems from one of your competitors.

    Hi @user_1778e0. After moving, it sounds like you set up a second location in the Ring app, but your subscription was still set up at your initial location. Ring subscriptions are automatically billed on a monthly or annual basis unless they are canceled. You can always view and manage your subscription by logging in at Ring.com and clicking Plan.
