Do I need 2 subscriptions for 2 locations
troubleshooting

We have added a new Ring camera at a new location. I have the basic subscription for the first location. Can I add the second location to that or do I need to have a separate subscription?Is there a way to merge the two into one subscription? if that is needed, would I get a refund for the subscription to my first location?

    Hi @user_dd852c. No, the Ring Home Basic plan only applies to one device. The Standard and Premium plans cover all devices installed at one location. In this situation, you would need a separate plan since the new camera is at a different location than the first one.
