$$..Charging you for no service
Ring is a scam when it comes to billing. I have not had a Ring in 3 years yet keep getting charged. My account has no device and credit card was removed. Ring lied and told me to call Visa to dispute and Visa said that Ring knows they cannot dispute more than 120 days old. Spent hours on the phone with Ring and no resolution. Ring had the audacity to offer me a one time 35% discount on a new product...after screwing me for 3 years...and the discount is fake bc everything is on sale right now so discounts don't apply to sale items! You guys are a joke.

Hi @user_58907a. We do not have access to account or billing information on the Ring Community. If you have different email addresses, you may have different Ring accounts. Check each account and ensure you have canceled any active Ring subscriptions. If you have checked all possible Ring accounts that may have a subscription, then I would recommend following up with your card provider.
