I am trying to subscribe to a plan after my free trial has come to an end. I am using Ring.com to get the subscription and have entered all the correct log in details that were used when it was initially set up. Ive added a payment method successfully but everytime i try to subscribe i get the message Looks like youre new! Welcome. I have set up the app and the device with no issues but can not subscribe. Can anyone help.
