Can't cancel, can't contact

Question

I want to cancel my subscription but the website does nothing when I press cancel.  The chat window has a 404 error as does the pop up for any telephone numbers.  Ring you have made it impossible to cancel so please can you do this at your end.

Please cancel my subscription.  I think it was an automatic renewal, but I don’t want it.  I was charged $49.99 and would like a refund.  Thanks
