Can’t apply promo code at checkout
pre-purchase-question

Been trying to purchase protect plan. I get discount for being a student (via studentbeans.com), went through verification to generate code but can’t apply codes anywhere at checkout. Tried searching support help and chat feature but bot doesn’t even offer useful relevant info.

    Hi @user_09e51f. We do offer a discount for students, but you will need to go through VerifyPass. You can find the link to generate a discount code for students here. At checkout, the promo code can be entered on the right side of the screen, underneath the products in your cart. Please keep in mind that the student discount cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.

      this doesn't work, im a protectsuscriber and there is no way to remove that code and use my student discount code. something is broken.
