Adding 2 Cameras to my exisiting subscription
I purchased a Home Basic annual subscription for my Ring Doorbell in June 2025. I have now added two cameras and the trial is expiring. It is asking me to upgrade to Home Standard for $99.99 but I already paid $49.99 for the Home Basic. I cannot cancel the Home Basic until June 2026. How do I create one subscription and what is the combined cost? Do I get a credit of $49.99 against the $99.99?

Hi @user_6b6a63. You can cancel a Ring subscription at any time and receive a refund for the remaining time. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to process. When you upgrade from the Basic plan to the Standard or Premium plan, you will be charged the full price of the new plan, and your existing Basic plan will automatically be canceled.
