I have the same exact issue……. Which im sure is a common issue…. My husband set up this account when installign cameras. Twice now ive addee new equipment and “shared” the camera with him & it STILL wont connect to our home account to record on our $100 plan WE PAY FOR! So annoying. Equipment address is the same users are all the same soooo whyyyy is this camera not connecting to our account?? ANNOYING! Fix this feature for your customers!!!!

    Hi @user_5af53b. The Ring Home Standard and Premium plans cover all devices at one location on the same account. Since your husband originally set up the Ring subscription on his account, any additional devices should be set up under his account to benefit from plan features. I'd recommend removing the devices from your account and having your husband set them up on his account.
