Upgrade plan

I currently have the home basic plan because I only had a doorbell, I purchased the yearly plan last week, I’ve just bought a ring alarm and two ring cameras, I want to upgrade my plan to the home standard plan, how do I do this without losing my £50 that I paid for the yearly basic plan. Thanks

Hi @user76315. When upgrading your Ring Home plan, you will be charged the full price of the new plan at that time. Your original plan will be canceled, and a prorated refund for the unused time will be processed to your payment method.
