Upgrade plan but pay the difference?

Is it possible to upgrade my plan from basic to home standard but not pay the full price? My renewal is next May, can I just pay the difference?

Hi @user_ad16ba. No, but you can subscribe to the Ring Home Standard plan, then cancel your Basic plan for a prorated refund of the unused time. We have steps on how to cancel here. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.
