I have been a Ring subscriber for 5+ years with multiple devices; I need to move a ring doorbell that is perfectly functioning to another WiFi network and can’t because of the worn off QR…Ring will do NOTHING to resolve my situation other than offer a 35% discount on purchasing a new device…Can anyone point out in the warranty documentation that a missing QR code is a “warranted” part of the device?
