Hi

I've been paying Subs for a good few years. Doorbell needed replaced finally. Paying monthly subs continued. Deleted old doorbell and added new to my account. Account thinks im not paying so won't give me any history. Should I delete my payment and then set up again?

    Hi @user_13af01. Yes. The Ring Basic subscription only applies to one device. In this case, since you replaced your Ring Doorbell, you would need to cancel the existing Basic plan and subscribe to a new plan on the new Doorbell.
