I had a ring plan on a single device that I prepaid for a year. I had to get a new camera, but I still have a month of service left that I paid for and I want it. I’m not gonna cancel my own plan and pay for a new one when you still owe me a month of service. I was told that it would carry over automatically and it did not now my house is not protected this needs to be fixed fast. I’m still owed a month of service and I think it’s mighty stupid just because you get a new camera you have to cancel service and then re-create service just to get covered. That’s stupid.  Probably has to do with how greedy the company is.
