Legit email?
I just received an email from ring that indicates my spotlight cam battery will stop working November 15. It also states that I could receive a $200 credit for new devices. Is this legitimate?

I also have two spotlight cam battery units. Which will stop working and if it's both, should I not get double the credit?

I received the same email today. Sounds like a scam. Have you had any response from Ring?

Hi neighbors. Thank you all for reaching out to verify the legitimacy of this email. I can confirm that this is indeed an official communication from Ring. We have identified a manufacturing issue that may affect the performance of your device(s). To ensure uninterrupted service, we have provided you with a promotional code via email for a free replacement device. If you have multiple affected devices, the email you received will list all impacted units and include a promotional code worth the value of each affected device on the list.
