Getting Billed for Two Separate Accounts
I'm getting billed for 2 separate accounts. I have 2 cameras and pay annually through my bank. I'm also getting billed monthly. When I log into my account it shows me getting billed only annually and doesn't show monthly at all. But the monthly charge comes to my bank. Support says they can't help unless I have the email for the other account. I have no idea what it would be. Both the annual and monthly bill show up on my bank statement. It seems ridiculous that they can't see what this "phantom account" is and cancel it so I'm not getting double billed for the same service. I'm about ready to cancel my service completely unless this can get resolved.

Hi @user_807568. Unfortunately, we cannot help with billing issues on the Community, as we do not have access to account information. If you have multiple email addresses, you likely set up a second Ring account using one of your other emails. We have some tips on how to reset the password for your Ring account here, which may help. Once you're able to log in, you can cancel your subscription by following these steps.
