The battery for my original doorbell camera could not hold a charge so  I contacted customer support and learned this model was obsolete. I purchased a new doorbell camera and my subscription did not transfer to my new camera doorbell. I called customer service and they attempted to make me buy a new subscription for the new doorbell when I had already purchased an annual subscription for the original doorbell. 

I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor tried to transfer me to a different department and I declined and asked him to transfer my subscription to my new camera doorbell instead. I was on the call for over 30 minutes and I finally got my subscription transferred . I’m extremely disappointed at ring and I’m looking for another service provider before Feb. because that’s when my ring subscription renews. If anyone has suggestions please reply.
