AI features trial messages

Question

I’ve been putting up with AI trial messages for the last 30 days all because I purchased a new Ring device.  Are you simply trying to aggravate and irritate your customers.  If so, you’re succeeding. I already pay for a subscription and don’t need these ridiculous AI features.

Hi @Mike55. When you set up a new or certified refurbished Ring Doorbell, Camera, or Alarm Base Station on your Ring account, you will receive a Ring Home Trial with Ring Home Premium features. If you have a Ring Home Basic or Standard plan, you may see a banner regarding your trial, as it offers more features.
