- JI had Ring Basic for my doorbell. I added cameras and upgraded to Ring Protect Plus which should cover the doorbell and cameras. Why am I continuing to be charged for the Basic Plan after I canceled it?•

UI have the plus plan and added cameras and it still shows they aren’t covered. How can I get them covered?

UHi, I have this same problem. I added two new cameras to my system, both show live feed ok, but no videos available and I get messages saying trial about to end. My existing subscription for the first camera doesn't expire until August this year. I need a phone no to contact but cannot find one

CHi @user_61ea2f. There are a few moderator replies in this thread with information regarding Ring subscriptions. The Basic plan only covers one Ring doorbell or camera, while the Standard and Premium plans will cover all devices at one location. You can view what each plan provides at https://ring.com/plans. If you'd like to contact support, you can do so at https://ring.com/support/contact-us.
