A shared user cannot even renew subscription?

We installed ring since 2022 and subscribe the service since then. My wife is the primary user, and I am the shared user. This year I want to renew my subscription but get denied by the customer service person. Is this reasonable? I have the view on the camera and even Ring can verify me by the phone.

Let's say this way if the primary user is at risk, as the shared user if he is not at home, he cannot even report the risk?

I think this is a broken process.
