Solar panel not charging my stick up camera

I have an Outdoor stick up camera. Several months ago, I connected the camera to the small solar panel. It shows as connected, but does not keep my battery charged. It receives about 4 hours of sunlight daily. I have tried numerous angles and positions and no change. My settings do not reflect excessive use or notifications. I am at a point that I need to change out the battery approximately every ten days or so. anyone, please help.
