troubleshooting
I’ve got a ring doorbell 2024 and it only detects up to about 3 metres.I’ve been on the phone to customer service and went through all the settings. To their credit they sent me a replacement but it’s no better.Has anyone had the same issue or any ideas would be much appreciated.

Hi @user_17a076. How high is this device mounted? Are you using a wedge kit? Are there steps or a hill leading up to the doorbell? Feel free to share a video link here in the Community so we can assist you in troubleshooting this. You can find the link by opening up the Event History Timeline and tapping on the Share button. Typically, short detection range is linked to the angle that it is mounted.
