Ring Error code P3-11

Hello, I have a strange one, my Ring Door Bell has come up with a warning of low Battery with Error code P3-11 at 8%, its a hard wired unit that was installed by professional electricians so no idea why all of a sudden its saying 8% house power has not gone off. This has occurred in the past 24 hours, battery level has not gone down from 8%. Any suggestions?

Hi @user_14da2d. Hard wiring a doorbell will provide a constant trickle charge to your battery. Occasionally, the battery will still need to be manually charged. The hard wiring will reduce the amount of times this needs to happen.
