Ring doorbell constantly off line
Hi everyone, I have had my ring door bell gen 3 for two days and it has been off line more than it has been on . I have factory reset it 10 times and it works for about half an hour then goes back off line. I have ordered a chime pro to see if that helps because I know there is nothing wrong with my WiFi as I had You Fibre come out and perform every test and they couldn't understand why the ring door bell was the only one of my devices that wasn't connecting . I have the largest internet package they provide because I need it for work etc and I have had no problems with anything else. From what I have read here it seems that the problem lies within the ring network. They need to start listening to their service users before this damages their reputation and that of their door bell products. I am assuming from what I have read here that it is only the ring door bell that is failing? Sort this out ring as there are different video door bell companies out there and I might just have to cut my losses and try one of them if this isn't sorted soon. Maybe a call to the BBC's rip off Britain program might be in order otherwise or one of the other consumer rights programs

Hi @user_0a41bd. What specific model doorbell do you have? What is the RSSI value for this doorbell? Both of those bits of information can be found in the Device Health menu. Is your device connected to a 2.4GHz, 5GHz network, or a network that has automatic switching? What type of surface is the doorbell mounted to? This will give me more insight into what is happening.
