how far back can footage be retrieved ? If I give a specific date can they pull it? 02/25/2025?
very important i get that footage - can they pull it up ?

Hi @user_5359b0. An active Ring subscription is required for access to video recording, and access does not apply retroactively. This means you cannot view events that happened prior to subscribing, as no video was recorded. With an active plan, videos can be stored in the Ring app for up to 180 days, depending on what you have your video storage time set to.
Once a video has been deleted, either manually or due to the storage time expiring, it cannot be recovered. There are no backups stored for your privacy. I would recommend downloading any videos you wish to keep longer than 180 days to your phone or computer.
