My hallway chime has started blinking green. The doorbell and upstairs chime are both working. I have rebooted the chime and my wifi and still no success.

Hi @user_5ef0b8. There was an AWS outage yesterday that effected Ring devices. The outage has been resolved. Have you been able to revonnect your Chime back to your wifi?
