Charged twice for the plan-why?
troubleshooting

I have 3 cameras and a doorbell. When I renewed my subscription it would only do two devices. When I went to add another it charged me the full price again? I thought the plan would cover all devices in the home

      Hi @user_da411d. What Ring Home Plan do you have? Are you subscribed to multiple Basic Plans, or do you have a Standard Plan? Are these devices at the same location? You can log into Ring.com at anytime to manage your subscription.
