Unable to readd outdoor cameras
troubleshooting
Today I set up a new mesh system using the same name and password as the previous one. I thought my ring cameras would automatically connect, but of course they didn't. My issue is the two outside cameras, one of which is too high to reach. I do have the mac addresses, but I don't see an option to add those. I don't have any QR codes or barcodes to scan. How can I set these up again?

Hi there, you should be able to follow the prompts in the Ring app to reconnect the cameras to your wifi network without performing a new setup. However, you will still need to put the cameras into setup mode, which requires physically accessing them and pressing the setup button.
