Ring no reconecting

I haven't changed my router or its settings. But for the past two days, I haven't been able to connect my doorbell. I unplug the modem for a minute, and when I plug it back in, it still doesn't connect. Do you know of any solution?

Hi @user_b3fef1. I would also recommend factory resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20 seconds, then attempting to reconnect it to your Wi-Fi.
