Ring Neighbors video posts just spin

Question

Videos I post to Neighbors are loading perpetually within the Ring app.  If I go into the separate Neighbors app everything is fine.  This is just the way it is?

Hi @MinneapolisJeff. Does this occur on wifi, or mobile data? Have you tried fully closing out of the Ring app and reopening it? Do you have access to a different phone or tablet to try accessing the Ring app from?
